This site is for the author to share theoretical insights into international relations research topics. The author, Keenan A. Harris, is happily married and a father of two children. They and their Great Pyrenees reside in the picturesque foothills of Northern California. 

Keenan's varied background of education and employment afford him helpful insights into a wide array of topics. Keenan is currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations, holds a MS in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, a BA in Chinese with minors in Political Science and Economics, and an AS in Information Systems Technology.  Previously Keenan has been employed as a Cybersecurity Engineer, a Network Administrator, a Network Architect, a Financial Controller, a Fixed Asset Accountant, and a Lead Editor to name a few employment activities.
